4. Place a small dab of butter in a seperate pan over heat. Add onion,garlic and escellion. You may add a little ginger or hot pepper for added flavour. Turn to low heat and add in orange juice and sugar.
5. Add ketchup and orange rind and bring to a boil..let cook until starts to thicken then place chicken piece in the sauce and coat well.Turn off heat and let rest for 2 minutes. Serve with rice, potatoes or dish of your choice. Enjoy!!!
